Wednesday 5th August, 2015 at Nikko Hotel Saigon, TD Medical Equipment Ltd in collaboration with Alifax Group to hold a workshop "Applying Laser Light Scattering Technology For Fast and Reliable Detection Of Bacteria in Urine & Human Body Fluid Culture By HB&L System" for group of key reference clinical microbiology labs in Ho Chi Minh.

Alifax Patented Light Scattering technology on Sidecard, HB&L and Alfred systems are the world first automated bacterial culture systems for fast and reliable detection of bacterial in human body fluid and urine sample from 45 minutes up to 6 hours, reducing time of at least 24 hour compared to conventional method.

The systems are also fully integrated with other technology like MALDI-TOF MALDI BIOTYPER from Bruker Daltonik for direct identification of mono-infection positive urine and human body fluid samples without requirement of colony incubation on agar plate.

On Saturday 30th May, 2015, TD Medical Equipment Ltd in collaboration with Ho Chi Minh Society of Clinical Microbiology to host the workshop: The Role of Bacterial Identification in Clinical Microbiology. The Seminar was taken place at Rex 5* Hotel Saigon with the attendance of 100 Doctors, Microbiologist, Clinical Microbiology Labs, Vet and Aquaculture diagnostics center.

During the workshop, TD Medical and their partner - Bruker Daltonik Inc from Germany to present the MALDI-TOF BIOTYPER - the most important and well-known system for microbial identification in the world. MALDI BIOTYPER system provides fast, accurate and reliable identification in comparison to the automated biochemical systems and other traditional techniques, to reduce the time required from a day to only a few seconds.

During the presentation, there was various interests from delegates and attendee showing towards the MALDI BIOTYPER systems. Customers from Oxford University Clinical Research Unit and Hospital of Tropical Disease to share their experience of using MALDI BIOTYPER for their routine identification workflow.

From 12th to 14th June, 2013 - Randox Laboratories held the regional QMS conference for their Distributor cross Asia at Swissotel the Stampford in Singapore.

In September 07th, 2012, TD Medical in collaboration with Randox Laboratories Ltd hold the seminar of "The importance of complete quality package: IQC, Peer Group Report and EQA". The Seminar taken place at Grand Hall Convention Center- Grand Hotel Saigion.

Over 100 delegates from Hospitals and laboratories in the South to attend the seminar. During the conference, TD Medical and Randox Laboratories introduced the completed quality package to customers from the third-party control to the peer group report in the interlaboratory 24.7 software and external quality assessment.
